Lexington Prep School offers a full school year boarding program for students in grades 6-12 at nearby private and public day schools. Our day school boarding program includes the following:

Accommodations: Separate boys and girls dormitories are located in individual building wings and monitored by 24 hour security staff. Each high school student will stay in a dorm room equipped with a private bathroom and middle school students will be housed in two person rooms with a private bathroom. LPS also features a full service kitchen that will provide three nutritious meals each day, music and exercise rooms, and library. Finally, full transportation service is provided for all students including transportation to and from the day school and weekend excursions.

Guardian: Each student will be assigned a guardian who will be responsible for overseeing the student's overall quality of life while at Lexington Prep. He/she will maintain close contact with day school faculty, LPS dormitory staff, and LPS instructors. The guardian will also communicate with parents on a daily basis.

Academic Support: Students enrolled in our day school boarding program will be given a full range of academic support. Our academic support program begins with an academic counselor who will monitor the overall academic progress of the student. It will also include small group classes and individualized tutoring to supplement the day school class work. This instruction will be provided by experienced teachers in a variety of disciplines. Students will also receive specialized training for standardized exams including the SAT and AP exams, planning for extra-curricular activities, and college application preparation.
